Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of Vexo Player annual licenses (activations) for the App through our website. They complement our Terms of Use. By completing a purchase, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to all orders placed on our website for paid Vexo Player annual licenses (activations). Placing an order implies the prior and full acceptance of these Terms.

3. Products and Prices

Vexo Player is offered as a one-time annual payment that activates the App on a single device for a fixed period of 12 months. It is not a recurring subscription: there is no automatic renewal and no recurring charges. To keep using the paid features after your license expires, you must place a new order manually (manual renewal). The features, duration, and price of each license are displayed on the activation page before any payment.

Prices are shown in Moroccan Dirham (MAD); an indicative amount in euro (EUR) may also be displayed. Prices include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The price charged is the one displayed at the moment the order is placed.

4. Payment

Payment is made online by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) through the secure Payzone payment page, or via PayPal. Payment details are entered directly within the payment provider's secure environment and are never stored on our servers.

The order is confirmed only once the payment has been successfully authorized and captured. If payment is refused, the order is automatically cancelled. Payment is a single, one-time charge: no recurring or automatic payment is set up, and your card is not stored for future charges.

5. Delivery and Activation

The annual license is a digital service delivered electronically. Once payment is confirmed, the device linked to the order is activated automatically, generally within a few minutes. The activation is bound to a single device and is non-transferable, except in the limited cases described in our Terms of Use.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

Refund policy: You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

To exercise this right, send your request to support@vexoplayer.app with your order number and Device ID. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to revoke access or refuse a refund if fraudulent activity, abuse, or a violation of our Terms is detected.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App is provided "as is"; playback depends on the media sources you provide, which we neither host nor control.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the license concerned. We cannot be held liable for content accessed through the App, nor for indirect damages arising from its use.

9. Personal Data

Personal data collected during a purchase is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Customer Service and Complaints

For any question or complaint regarding an order, contact our customer service at support@vexoplayer.app. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute relating to a sale shall, failing an amicable settlement, be submitted to the competent courts of Morocco.
