1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Vexo Player ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Vexo Player is a media player application developed by CODINITY SARL. It supports M3U playlists, network streaming protocols, and local file playback. The App provides a user interface for playing media content from sources that the user configures.

Vexo Player does not host, provide, supply, distribute, recommend, or curate any media content. All content accessed through the App is sourced entirely from third-party servers, playlist providers, or local files configured by the user. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, availability, legality, or practices of any third-party media source.

3. User-Provided Content

Vexo Player is a neutral playback tool, comparable to a web browser or file manager. You choose which playlists, servers, and files to load into the App, and you alone are responsible for that content and for ensuring you have the right to access it.

We do not monitor, filter, moderate, or screen any content played through the App.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only with legally obtained media sources
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not use the App to access, stream, or distribute copyrighted content without proper authorization
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Not share, resell, or transfer your activation code or subscription

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App to:

• Access or distribute pirated, unauthorized, or illegal content
• Violate any intellectual property rights of third parties
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App or any part of it

6. Subscription, Activation & Refunds

Certain features require a valid subscription or activation code. Activation codes are single-use and are bound to one device. The activation is non-transferable to another device except in specific circumstances, such as:

• The original device is damaged, lost, or no longer functional
• The user replaces their TV, set-top box, or other device

Transfer requests in such cases are reviewed and approved at our sole discretion and may require proof. Reasonable limits may apply to prevent abuse.

Refund policy: You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, all purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Refund requests should be sent to support@vexoplayer.app.

We reserve the right to revoke access, deny transfers, or refuse refunds if fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms is detected.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, branding, and all related materials, is the intellectual property of CODINITY SARL. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Content

Vexo Player is a tool for playing media from sources you provide. We do not endorse, verify, license, or take responsibility for any content accessed through the App. Any disputes regarding content — including copyright, accuracy, or suitability — must be directed to the respective content provider, not to CODINITY SARL.

9. Audience and Parental Supervision

Vexo Player itself is suitable for general audiences. However, because the App can play any media the user provides, the content displayed may not be appropriate for all ages. Parental supervision is strongly recommended for minors. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for the playlists, servers, and content they allow children to access through the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

Vexo Player is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CODINITY SARL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, content disputes, or third-party content issues.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Morocco.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will also be surfaced inside the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
